How much will shipping cost? 

Shipping rates are calculated at check out with options for Standard, Express and International post. Prices may vary depending on weight and location.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are dispatched within 1 - 2 business days. Please see below for approximate shipping turnaround times. 

Domestic Deliveries:

Standard Post will generally take from 3-5 business days

Express Post will generally take from 2-3 business days 

Depending on your delivery location these time frames will sometimes vary.

International Deliveries: 

Express International 4-6 business days

Standard International 7-10 business days 

Any custom requirements are additional to these time frames. 

International orders - Customs and duties 

All international customers are responsible for customs & duties requirements within their own country.

For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

Ahoy Trader is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments & cannot mark international orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees.

If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Ahoy Trader will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.

How can I track my order?

All orders receive a tracking number via email once dispatched.

Do you offer returns or exchanges? 

  • No returns will be accepted without verification from Ahoy Trader that we have approved the return.
  • All returns must be requested within 24hrs from receipt of parcel
  • Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, all 'sale' purchases are final
  • Full priced items can be refunded in the form of a store credit only.

 

What happens if my parcel arrives broken or faulty? 

In the rare instance that damage to goods occurs due to manufacturing fault, repair/exchange (inc. shipping) will be covered. If damage has occurred due to personal wear and tear, mishandling or not caring for the product as per our instructions, replacement or exchange is not permitted.
